Business Development Manager - Public Sector Focused

About the Role

The organization is an international security company providing a variety of services, both manned and unmanned, to protect remote construction sites, properties, and other settings.

This is a hybrid role based in NE Birmingham. After initial training, you will be encouraged to meet clients and source opportunities actively, with a flexible balance of office and fieldwork.

The role involves building your client base, with responsibilities including new business development and account management. Patience is essential, as sales cycles can extend up to 6 months, requiring strong client management skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience selling to government sectors such as local authorities, public sector organizations, housing associations, NHS, or police. Experience in security, enforcement, fire solutions, or related services is also valuable.
