Based from home and working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales team, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on Regional Sales within Essex. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central based Sales Team. This includes identifying, negotiating, and closing contracts to maximize market and sector penetration. You will support your peers and assist during times of illness and holiday.
With a primary focus on construction, you will prospect at both office and site levels, targeting built infrastructure and non-building assets.
