Business Development Manager – EV/Hydrogen

The Role

You willbuild meaningful relationships with the UK’s largest commercial fleetoperators. The Business Development Manager will drive forward thedetailed delivery plan that aligns with the sales strategy, addressingthe evolving challenges and opportunities faced by UK fleet operatorsin a rapidly changing market.

You will:

  • Actively pursue and secure new business bydeveloping and strengthening relationships with commercial fleetoperators throughout the UK, utilising a consultative approach toidentify their requirements and tailor the company’s solutions to meetthose needs effectively.
  • Focus on expanding the customer basewhile fostering partnerships with key industry players such as OEMs,dealers, and leasing and contract hire businesses to enhance marketreach.
  • Represent the brand at external events across thefleet industry.
  • Contribute to the launch of new product ideasand service offerings.

What You Need toBring:

  • 3+ years of business developmentexperience from within the LCV/HGV fleet or charging infrastructuresector.
  • Proven track record selling into corporate fleetcustomers is essential.
  • Experience working with generatingyour own pipeline and follow ups to ensure you achieve your targets.
  • Highly organised and natural new business hunter.
  • You will be a strong communicator, excellent at planning anda great negotiator.
