Business Development Manager - Midlands Territory

Guaranteed increase of base salary of £2k per year every year for 5 years!

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Location: Horsham, West Sussex for training and company-wide meetings; the territory you will be covering is Midlands.

What are we looking for?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new business hunter to join a growing company. We are seeking someone to focus on building and expanding our client base. While we have a successful Account Management Team, this role emphasizes winning new business in line with our growth plans.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective clients and meet targets set by the Sales Director. You will collaborate with our Mobile & Energy and Account Management teams to follow up on leads and develop your own new business relationships.

You should be ready to start immediately, actively prospecting via phone, setting up video and face-to-face meetings, and following through to close deals. You will present quotations for VoIP telephony, data security, and generate leads for our Mobile & Energy division, earning commissions. Previous telecom experience is not required; a determined attitude and drive to succeed are essential.

  • Growing the Global 4 client base through strategic acquisition

  • Sourcing new business via various channels
  • Building and maintaining a strong client pipeline
  • Attending exhibitions and seminars for new opportunities
