Full Support Healthcare is a market leader in delivering exceptional PPE and RPE products tailored to the needs of NHS organisations and other healthcare providers. With bold ambitions and growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager for the Midlands/Northern territory to join our team. You will successfully develop and implement growth initiatives across all product ranges, seeking new business opportunities and developing existing key relationships across your territory.

About the Role:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within NHS organisations and other healthcare providers
  2. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  3. Onboard new business
  4. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
  5. Establish and develop relationships with NHS decision-makers, including procurement teams, clinicians, and senior management
  6. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  7. Deliver training and educational sessions on Full Support Healthcare products to stakeholders
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment across product, marketing, and customer service functions
  9. Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline progress, and market insights
  10. Analyse data and utilise company systems to identify changes in individual customer buying patterns or industry trends to maximise business opportunities
  11. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, sustained revenue, and effective service delivery

About You:

  1. Motivated and results-driven
  2. Proven experience in business development, ideally within the healthcare sector or working with NHS organisations
  3. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers across different levels
  4. A track record of managing the full sales cycle and achieving or exceeding targets
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident in engaging with both small and large audiences
  6. Analytical abilities to interpret business data and identify opportunities
  7. An understanding of NHS procurement processes and frameworks

This role is a remote role which will require travel to customers on a daily basis across the North and Midlands. As such, this will suit somebody located within this area.
