Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual business plans including LED market analysis, competition analysis, and sales & marketing strategies, updated quarterly.
  • Establish distribution partners for LED product sales and engage with end users, consultants, and Pro AV system integrators to generate demand and meet sales targets.
  • Manage sales forecasting and set performance goals in coordination with the regional sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and customer activities to promote the LED product range.
  • Identify LED project opportunities and collaborate with partners and internal departments for successful delivery.
  • Gather feedback from sales activities and communicate with HQ to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Inform potential customers about new products, sales, and marketing updates.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Key Attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in industrial B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in LED/Pro AV industry.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, goal-driven, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
