Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for commercial interiors and fit-out. You will spend your time selling design, supply and installation to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management and main contractors across Yorkshire and the North.

The base salary is £40,000–£45,000 with a lucrative uncapped commission scheme, plus a company car or car allowance as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience selling commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out.
• Experience selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors.
• Must have industry contacts.

Responsibilities

The role of the Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out will involve:

• Field sales position selling the design, supply and installation of commercial interiors & fit out
• All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
• Wide range of order values depending on size and scope
• Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out with:

• Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience
• Must have sold to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
• Must have contacts within the industry
• Driven, resilient self starter
• Trustworthy, able to work autonomously
