Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out in the Yorkshire and North region. The role focuses on field sales for design, supply, and installation of commercial interiors.

You will target occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management firms and main contractors. Ideal candidates will have proven interiors or fit-out sales experience, strong industry contacts, and the drive to build turnover from £400k–£500k in year one toward £1m

• Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience.
• Must have sold to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors.

Responsibilities

• All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors.
• Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years.

• Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years
