The Role

We're seeking seasoned sales professionals eager to join our London team to promote our advertising solutions to the world’s biggest packaged goods brands. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be a proactive hunter, thriving on the challenge of cold outreach to new and existing clients. Strong performance can lead to career growth and international transfers to destinations like Sydney, Toronto, or New York. Candidates should be open to living and working abroad in the future.

Candidate Profile & Responsibilities
  • Prospect new and existing clients, focusing on high-level engagement and new business development through cold outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Arrange meetings with top-tier CPG, FMCG, and OTC companies across Europe to demonstrate platform benefits.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track contacts, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute and manage campaigns.
  • Research market dynamics and key players using LinkedIn and industry databases.
  • Become an expert in product categories and advertising best practices.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for qualified prospects.
  • Provide leadership and support to potential direct reports.
Qualifications & Experience
  • University Degree in Business or Marketing or relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in CPG.
  • Multi-lingual skills, especially in English and German, are highly desirable.
  • Strong initiative, motivation, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience leading a team is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work abroad is a strong asset.
