Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager – FX | London (Hybrid)

An industry-leading B2B cross-border payments company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with a background in foreign exchange and consultative selling to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and approaching prospective B2B clients across a range of industries
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with key stakeholders — from startup founders to CFOs of large corporations
  • Understanding client currency requirements and risk profiles to deliver tailored FX and hedging solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, before handing over to the account management team
  • Attending market events and conducting research to stay on top of industry trends
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams across departments

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated and ambitious professional with strong integrity and resilience
  • Proven success in new business sales, ideally in financial services or FX
  • Consultative selling experience, including cold outreach and networking
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience building long-term relationships at the executive level
  • Solid understanding of foreign exchange products (essential)
