FX Salesperson – New Business Development

Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)

Are you a driven FX Sales professional looking for your next challenge? We’re a specialist recruitment agency working on behalf of several leading FX and international payments firms across London and the UK, all actively hiring talented salespeople to join their growing teams.

These companies are looking for ambitious individuals to spearhead new business acquisition, helping clients manage currency risk and streamline their international payment needs.

The Role:

Your core responsibilities will be to win new business and build a portfolio of clients through a proactive, multichannel sales approach

• Cold calling and outbound sales outreach
• LinkedIn prospecting and engagement
• Hosting and attending meetings with prospects to understand their FX requirements and propose tailored solutions

What’s On Offer:

Commission Structure:

• Up to 30% of revenue generated in year one
• Drops to 20% in year two, and 10% in year three
