Base pay range

As a Business Development Manager at Orla Rose Associates, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, and you will always be thinking about strategies that enhance our competitive edge.

Objectives of the Role

  1. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  2. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the FX & payments industry. Develop and execute strategic plans based on market insights to position as a leader in the payments sector.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and generate detailed reports on sales performance.
  4. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in the payments industry, including new technologies, regulations, and market trends. Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and improve sales processes, ensuring competitiveness and agility.
  5. Best Practice: Uphold and promote best practices within the company, ensuring alignment with industry standards and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
