Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Flat Roof Insulation in the North region (M62 corridor). You will drive field sales of flat roofing insulation to manufacturers and then to main/sub-contractors and distributors, inheriting a £1.5m- turnover territory.

The role requires proven field sales experience in building envelope-related sectors and IT literacy, with a strong track record of meeting targets and developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing, insulation or facades sectors.
• Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation.
• 70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers.
• The remaining 30% will be spent selling to roofing main & sub-contractors and roofing distributors such as Encon, Minster and SIG.
• Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m.
• Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education, etc.
