Mitchell Maguire Limited is recruiting for a Business Development Manager Building Envelope Systems. You will drive external envelope projects, selling cladding, SFS/curtain walling, rainscreen, and fenestration solutions to main contractors and sub-contractors nationwide.

The role focuses on generating new business in the building envelope sector, with targets across student accommodation, high-rise residential, and commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors.
• Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must be able to hit the ground running.
• IT literate.

Responsabilités

Areas to be covered: National (ideally based Northern Home Counties / South East)

Company car or car allowance and standard benefits packages

The role of the Business Development Manager Building Envelope Systems will involve:

Business Development Manager position promoting the installation services of external envelope systems such as; cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing

All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors

Majority of your time will be spent generating new business

Projects include; student accommodation, high-rise resident, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Building Envelope Systems with:

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors

Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
