Jouw missie

Dumaplast is the market leader in Europe and you will be further expanding its market share in the UK. In doing so, you will focus on both the development of the DIY segment and the professional market.

Dumaplast has been active on the UK market for years and wants to achieve more prominence there. The DIY segment is very fragmented with many small businesses that play an important role locally. You will investigate where the potential lies and ensure that Dumaplast is well represented there. In addition, the market for flooring is very large. Your second goal is to set up a network of distributors within the world of flooring. Furthermore, you will remain alert to opportunities in the professional market (projects, contractors and architects).

Independence and responsibility

You will work from your home office but will spend time with (potential) customers as much as possible. You will inform them about the (newest) products and solutions that Dumaplast can offer and show them how they can benefit from these. You will take pleasure in creating sustainable, fruitful partnerships. You will keep an eye on trends and pass this market information on to your colleagues in Belgium. You are Dumaplast on the UK market, a true ambassador.

You do not start with a blank page. The current colleague is leaving after a decade and has mapped out the market and built up a loyal customer base. He will play an active role during your induction period and ensure that everything is transferred properly. Even after he leaves you will not be alone. Our colleagues in Belgium will be there for you whenever you need them. You will report directly to the CEO whose office is in Maldegem (BE).
