Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager – Construction Services to cover the Midlands and South from Birmingham down, with a hybrid company car and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead field sales promoting windows, doors, insulation and roofline products to new-build and social housing, building strong relationships with tier 1/2 contractors and developers to secure new projects.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience with sub-contractors for tier 1 or tier 2 contractors.
• Experience across contract services such as interior fit-out, M&E, roofing or fenestration.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Results oriented, hungry and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position promoting the supply & install of windows, doors, insulation and roofline products to the new-build & social housing sector.
• Sell to and influence tier 1 & tier 2 contractors, large asset property landlords, end users, care homes, developers and housing associations.
• Covering from Birmingham down.
