Job Description:

Our client is a BRC accredited cartons and sleeves packaging manufacturer based in the North of England. They produce high-quality printed folded cartons and sleeves for both food and non-food markets, with in-house B2 presses and a focus on short-run, quick turnaround work.

They have invested in new machinery and are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in selling B2 Cartons/Sleeves.

The role will be approximately 50% focused on developing existing and lapsed accounts and 50% on generating and winning new business.

Responsibilities / Requirements:
  • Ability to grow and establish relationships with existing and lapsed accounts requiring attention and development
  • Comfortable in generating and winning new business and accounts
  • Proactive in generating and following up leads with persistence
  • Experience selling B2 Cartons
  • Ideally located in Northern England or the Midlands, but this is not essential
  • Comfortable selling short-run work with quick turnaround
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with professionalism
