About the Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance Role
You’ll cover North London, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire, managing and growing a loyal base of introducers. You’ll be out in the field, identifying opportunities, bringing in new deals, and working closely with credit and underwriting to ensure they land smoothly.
This is a BDM role with full autonomy — no micromanagement, just clear goals, a strong support team, and an incentive structure that rewards high performers.
Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance: Key Responsibilities
Drive bridging loan origination across your patch
Manage relationships with property professionals, introducers, and developers (excluding brokers)
Represent the brand at events, meetings, and within your network
Package deals, submit applications, and work closely with underwriting
Promote lending criteria, turnaround times, and the company’s unique value proposition
Identify gaps in the market and create strategies to fill them

£65,000 - £75,000 basic salary
