Introduction

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, 01 January

Position: Business Development Manager

The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for actively marketing Ad Hoc’s products and services through research and appointment setting. The role involves working closely with the Area Manager to prospect for new clients and develop a continuous pipeline of new business. This requires knowledge of the property market and the solutions/services that can provide prospective clients, in comparison to competitors.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in solution sales and business development
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • A strong track record of B2B sales at the decision-maker level in corporate environments
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Full clean UK driver's license
