Pareto is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager in the West of England. The role offers a £28,350 base salary with the prospect of OTE/commission and a largely remote setup where you plan your diary and progression.

You will build relationships, plan territories, visit clients, and communicate the company’s value proposition. The role emphasizes autonomy, regular socials, and advancement opportunities within a growing tech/FMCG environment across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the company, marketplace, competitors and target client.
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation to capitalise on opportunities.
• Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and visit client sites to maintain relationships and educate them on the value proposition.
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base.
• Manage and monitor sales performance in the assigned territory.
• Attend regional and national conferences to network and generate business.

A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the UK, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies across the UK.

They're looking for a sizeable number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business - successful candidates will be joining as part of new teams!

Junior Business Development Manager Package:

You’ll enjoy an autonomous role in which you decide your own progression based on your strengths and interests.

Junior Business Development Manager Role:

• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation - determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon
• Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
• Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients in order to further business generation
