The ProspectAgency helps B2B startups, scaleups, and service businesses generate qualified leads and close deals through cold outbound, done entirely for them.

We’re looking for a full-cycle Sales Closer who can convert warm inbound interest into closed business. This is a commission-only role with high-ticket deal sizes and recurring monthly income.

The Role

You’ll manage warm leads generated via our outbound campaigns, guiding prospects through a consultative process and closing them into high-value, retainer-based engagements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work from an active Instantly inbox filled with warm leads
  • Respond promptly, qualify interest, and book 3–5 demo calls per day
  • Proactively source additional leads via LinkedIn, your network, cold email, and cold calling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities outside of the Instantly inbox
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline to consistently hit and exceed targets

Own the Sales Process:

  • Lead discovery and pitch calls with founders and senior decision-makers
  • Present our guaranteed outbound solution clearly and persuasively
  • Close on-call wherever possible, maintaining a minimum 20% close rate
  • Write clear, goal-aligned briefs for internal delivery teams
  • Set proper expectations for deliverables and campaign timelines
  • Flag upsell and expansion opportunities to the account management team

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling a marketing, sales, or service-based offer
  • Strong closer with a consultative, problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive and confidence managing your pipeline
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate creatively, and move deals to commitment fast
  • Highly organised and accountable in a remote-first environment

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-only position with industry-leading recurring income:

  • 25% commission on all revenue you close

Example:

  • Average earnings per client = £1,625 month one, then £375/month ongoing

Top closers earn £6,000–£7,000+ per month. Just 4–5 clients/month puts you on track for high five-figure recurring income.

Your First 6 Months

Month 1:

  • Close 1–2 clients and get confident with our pitch and delivery model

Month 3:

  • Consistently manage pipeline, close deals weekly, and start to build monthly recurring income

Month 6:

  • Become a top performer, closing 4–5 clients/month
  • Maintain and grow a high-value portfolio of recurring revenue accounts

Our Hiring Process
