Package: Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + 43% OTE Bonus (Open-ended)

The Opportunity

Are you a high-performing business development professional with a proven track record in selling Building Management Systems (BMS)? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading technology provider, playing a critical role in expanding our footprint across key verticals including Defense, Healthcare, Education, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives, develop high-value client relationships, and close complex solution-based deals across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities across assigned verticals
• Building relationships with key stakeholders within major organizations, consultants, and integrators
• Understanding client challenges and proposing tailored BMS solutions
• Working closely with technical teams to design and position winning solutions
• Leading bid strategies, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving ambitious revenue targets
• Reporting to the Sales Director with accurate forecasting and strategic input

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales of BMS systems or building automation solutions
• Deep understanding of the building technologies market and customer buying cycles
• Strong network within at least one of the following sectors: Defense, Healthcare, Education, or Pharmaceutical
• Confident in managing long sales cycles, complex stakeholder environments, and solution-selling
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute
• Willing to travel across the UK as required
