German Speaking Requirement

The opportunity:

Join a small but growing sales team with big plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continues their growth trajectory.

Focusing on Northern Europe, you’ll work closely with the CRO and Head of Sales to drive revenue, primarily through warm, inbound leads. Outbound efforts and self-generation are also desirable to maximize earning potential!

You’ll be part of a team of three, with pre-booked demos generated through significant marketing and sales development investment. Take control of your pipeline, revenue, and earning potential!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their sales career in a rapidly expanding business. You’ll work with a CRO experienced with some of the most recognizable tech brands globally.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience and track record in SaaS sales, particularly in delivering new business sales quotas.
  • Fully fluent in German (native level preferred).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Experience in InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech, or GRC solutions.

The package:

  • £55,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE of £100k
  • Fully remote working options with offices across the South
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced pension contributions
