Our established client is seeking a self-sustainable and senior Business Development Manager to generate new sales within the UK Food & Beverage markets, specifically in Printed Snacks and Confectionery Bags sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Arrange meetings and demonstrate the company's offerings
  • Understand customer brands and strategies
  • Develop business and growth plans, manage supplier agreements, tendering, and quoting
  • Expand the business by offering a range of films and securing new projects
  • Manage customer relationships from inquiry to order fulfillment
  • Engage with key stakeholders regularly
  • Translate customer needs into business opportunities
  • Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and marketing teams
  • Negotiate agreements including pricing and rebates
  • Report weekly on sales activities
