Overview

Location: UK or Germany (Remote with occasional travel)

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in expanding our equipment solutions across the UK and Germany. You'll serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing partners, guiding them through the Les Mills equipment ecosystem and demonstrating how it can enhance their business.

This role involves strategic, consultative sales, including closing deals and shaping long-term growth strategies. You will collaborate with Customer Experience teams and local market leaders to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to implementation.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
  2. Partnering with market CEOs in the UK and Germany to identify growth opportunities in key accounts, partnerships, and new markets.
  3. Leading complex sales conversations and customizing solutions to meet client goals.
  4. Collaborating with Customer Success and logistics teams to ensure delivery and aftercare.
  5. Identifying opportunities for upselling Les Mills programmes, services, and solutions.
  6. Maintaining detailed records in Salesforce to track engagement and share insights internally.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to partnership development.
