Salary: £92,000 + Car + Excellent Benefits Package

Applicants must have a full driving licence and be flexible to travel around Stevenage and surrounding areas

As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing and visiting in-person potential new business, through a variety of business development channels. Selling Peninsula's consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.

Skills required for this role:

• Experience in a solution selling field sales role.
• Working to revenue targets within a fast paced sales environment
• Excellent Relationship building skills, having that ability to quickly build a rapport and trust with a business owner is crucial foundations for building long term engagement.
• Focused work ethic and motivation, ready and willing to leave no stone unturned.
• Have a structured sales approach, prep and planning each day are key to consistency.
