Boss Asset Finance is shaking up the world of business lending. We offer fast, transparent, low-commission funding — and we’re growing fast. Now we’re looking for a confident, proactive Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

This role offers flexibility and remote working, but you must be based within 20 miles of Stamford for occasional in-person meetings and local relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

• Win new SME clients and introducers
• Understand funding needs and match them to the right products
• Work with our internal team to submit strong, lender-ready proposals
• Manage your own pipeline from start to finish
• Build trusted relationships locally and online

What You’ll Need:

• Sales or finance experience (asset finance ideal but not essential)
• Great communication and networking skills
• A self-starting, commercially sharp mindset
• Based within 20 miles of Stamford, Lincolnshire
• Comfortable working remotely but happy to meet clients or the team when needed
