Business Development Manager – Hair & Beauty (North East England)

Are you a passionate, self-driven Business Development Manager looking to work with a people-first, values-led brand?

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing haircare company, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and a truly supportive culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the industry—or is eager to break into it—and thrives in a field-based sales role where you can make a real impact.

About the Role:

Covering the North East of England, you will be responsible for growing and developing business across salons, hair professionals, and independent retailers. You’ll nurture existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving product sales, and building long-lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of salon and wholesale accounts across the North East region
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the professional haircare space
  • Deliver training, product knowledge, and sales support to customers and teams
  • Work closely with the hands-on owner and small, passionate team to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
