£38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:
  1. Scope out, hunt, and seal deals with new independent business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  2. Build strong connections with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie.
  3. Create bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money.
  4. Drive growth by hitting profit targets and earning rewards.
  5. Onboard new clients with professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed by your Area Sales Manager.
  6. Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights from the world's biggest food wholesaler.
  7. Achieve market goals with enthusiasm and expertise.
What we are looking for:

Ideally, candidates will have a background similar to Field Sales, but this isn't essential.

We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to make a difference by achieving targets.

Confidence in field sales and a customer-focused approach are essential.

We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not necessary.
