Business Development Manager - REMOTE (some travel for meetings) - £40-50k + Uncapped Commission - Public Sector and Education
The Green Recruitment Company is working with an energy and environmental consultancy committed to transforming the energy landscape by delivering straightforward, sustainable, and actionable solutions that create lasting environmental and societal benefits. Our goal is to help businesses and communities reduce their energy consumption, adopt clean technologies, and contribute to a sustainable future.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a BDM, you will work closely with the sales team and the Marketing Director to plan and execute lead generation strategy and drive commercial growth across the UK.
This role will have a focus on business development within the public and educational sectors - experience within this sector would be beneficial.
The role will focus on developing and executing a range of demand generation activities—such as cold calling and email campaigns—to help achieve our growth targets. This is only part of the position as the bulk of this role will be following up on warm leads and turning them into success stories.
