Now, we’re expanding our Fleet Division and are looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for people, performance, and progress.

About the Role
As our new Automotive Fleet Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our fleet business across the UK. Working remotely and supported by a well-established team, you’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions to businesses of all sizes – from local SMEs to national fleets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively seek and secure new fleet business opportunities in both public and private sectors

  • Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Understand customer needs and offer bespoke multi-brand solutions that drive real value

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations

  • Deliver impactful presentations and negotiate commercially sound agreements

  • Track your performance and share insights with leadership on progress and pipeline

  • Proven success in fleet, B2B automotive sales, or business development

  • Confident communicator and skilled relationship-builder at all levels

  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and motivated by success

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed
