As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth and client acquisition.

About the Role

As our BDM, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the travel, transportation, or luxury service sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, hospitality, and high-end markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with a successful track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the travel, ground transportation, or luxury service industry highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network of contacts in corporate travel, events, or luxury services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
