Business Development Manager – Public Sector

Remote & Field based role – Dependent on location

Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a SaaS provider, headquartered in Manchester. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Sector BDM to drive sales and revenue growth within Government, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and other Public Sector organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes, exceptional relationship management skills and a proven track record in selling to public sector organisations. This role is focussed on generation of new business and pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.

Key Skills

  1. Proven track record of Public Sector sales, ideally within technology, services or infrastructure sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement, bidding and contract management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align company solutions with customer needs.
  4. Experience dealing with frameworks such as G-Cloud, Crown Commercial Service or other government contracting platforms.
