Are you passionate about property finance and building long-term client relationships? Our client, a leading development finance provider operating across the UK, is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with both property developers and estate agents nationally.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving business growth by:

Managing and nurturing relationships with property developers and estate agency networks

Identifying new lending opportunities in residential and mixed-use development schemes

Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lending process

Working closely with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience

Key Responsibilities

Source and develop new business leads within the property development space

Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular meetings and check-ins

Represent the company at property networking events and industry forums

Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

️ Self-starter with a commercial mindset and ability to hit the ground running

️ Full UK driving licence
