A well-respected lender in London is seeking a Business Development Manager for bridging finance. You will play a crucial role in originating and managing transactions while assessing risk and maintaining client relationships. Strong experience in real estate lending is essential, along with excellent negotiation skills. This position offers a fantastic package and flexible working arrangements.

• Originate and manage bridging finance transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
