The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the luxury or private client sector to play a key role in driving growth across both private and corporate client segments. This is a strategic, outward-facing position that requires a polished communicator with a deep understanding of luxury service and client relationship dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting UHNW individuals, private client advisers, family offices, lifestyle managers, and corporate travel leads.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with luxury brands, private banks, corporate accounts, and hospitality groups.
  • Represent The Lux Travel Group at private networking events, industry conferences, and client-facing functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align growth strategies with brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our service offerings based on emerging client needs and market opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years in business development, client relationship, or partnerships role within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, or adjacent UHNW sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build trust with UHNW clients or senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep appreciation for high-end travel, service, and discretion.
  • Confident operating independently while contributing to a close-knit, high-performing team.
  • London-based or able to work from our central office regularly.
