Job Opening: Business Development Manager (UK-Based – Remote)

Location: London, UK / Remote (Ideally London-based or close to London - the candidate must be based in the UK; we will not be considering applicants from outside the UK)

Contract Start: 1-Month Trial Contract (£3,000 based on performance targets)

Start Date: Immediate

Deckoviz is not just a display—it’s a living window into the self, creativity, and inspiration.

We are building our presence in the UK and US market, and looking for an energetic, driven, and engaging Business Development Manager to help us connect us with the right clients.

The Role:

This is a business development role focused on outreach and lead generation. You’ll be the first point of contact between Deckoviz and our prospective clients—sourcing decision-makers, starting conversations, and setting up high-quality appointments for our sales team. This is not a sales-closing role—it’s about hustle, research, outreach, and warm lead generation.

• Source leads primarily via LinkedIn, Apollo, social media, business directories, online searches, and industry networks
• Identify and reach out to decision-makers (owners, managers, interior heads, etc.)
• Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, social media, and cold calls (occasionally)
• Manage your outreach pipeline, follow-ups, and maintain organized CRM notes
• Secure qualified meetings and appointments for the Sales team
• Track performance, hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Research and identify ideal target clients across verticals like:
• Hotel chains, boutique hotels, resorts and high-end hospitality
• Restaurants and cafes
• Offices
• Shops and malls
• Home decor shops and electronics shops
• Interior designers and architects
• Therapist offices, yoga studios and wellness spaces
• Arty spaces and galleries

• You're articulate, energetic, smart, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
• You have a flair for email writing, messaging, and cold outreach
• You’re comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM platforms
• You enjoy building relationships and helping people discover amazing products
• You're hungry to grow, learn, and get results fast
• You’re organized, persistent, and consistent in your follow-ups
• You could be fresh out of uni, or in the early stages of your career

• First Month (Contract):
• 1-month trial period
• Compensation: £3,000 contingent upon hitting appointment-setting targets
