[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Fintech Business Development Manager

Join our client, a leading London-based fintech company, as a Business Development Manager! If you're passionate about fintech and cross-border payments, this role offers a base salary of £40k-£45k plus commission (OTE up to £85k).

Location: London (Remote-first, with occasional global travel)

Responsibilities:

  • Expand our presence in the hospitality sector by turning prospects into long-term clients and closing high-value deals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing, utilizing data and insights.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and payment conferences to build professional networks.
  • Work with the product team to ensure smooth implementation of new payment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the UK payments industry, with connections in the hospitality sector a plus.
  • Strong network in the restaurant/retail industry; ability to set up meetings with CEOs is desirable.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Based in the UK with legal work authorization.
  • Comfortable with remote work and willing to travel globally.
  • High earning potential with up to £85k OTE in commissions.
  • Home office setup support: £200 furniture allowance and high-spec laptop.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus 1 personal day for life events.
