Job description

EPM Scientific is currently collaborating with a mid-sized CRO that is urgently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. Below is a brief overview:

Contract Conditions:
  1. Start date: ASAP
  2. Location: Europe, Remote
  3. Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (flexible for contractors)
  4. Language: English essential; additional languages advantageous
  5. Project: Business Development, Contract Research Organisation
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and implement the European business development strategy, including establishing relevant company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage a multimillion-dollar annual target.
  3. Represent the CRO by engaging with headquarters and liaising strategically with international clients.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate participation of all relevant parties in bidding meetings.
  5. Plan and execute company promotion strategies and related events across Europe.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in CRO business development preferred.
  2. Proven success in delivering results and managing large-scale projects.
  3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Occasional travel to sponsors across Europe may be required.
