Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Company Engagement Team, you will:

  • A proven track record in business development, consultative sales or account management.
  • Thrives on building lasting relationships and creating new opportunities.

  • Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Brings professionalism, integrity and a genuine desire to support positive change within the built environment.
  • Enjoys working independently while collaborating with colleagues across a national team.
What you'll gain:
  • The chance to contribute to a respected professional body with a global reputation.
  • A role where commercial success directly supports higher standards and greater professionalism across the industry.
  • Flexible home-based working and the opportunity to engage with leading organisations across your region.
  • A collaborative, values-driven culture where your impact will be recognised.

  • A Competitive Salary
  • Generous Benefits Package
    • 25 days holiday (rising to 29 with service) plus bank holidays, a birthday day off, and Christmas closure.
    • Private pension scheme with employer contributions and free pension advice.
    • Private medical insurance (includes Online GP and Wellbeing Assistance) and a Health Cash Plan (includes dental and optical cashback).
