Base pay range

Business Development Manager – Field Sales (East Anglia & South East)

Location: East Anglia/South East Regions

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: £35k base salary + car allowance + uncapped commission

Benefits: Performance bonuses, exclusive discounts, profit share, additional annual leave increasing with service, 28 days of leave plus bank holidays

Role Overview

This is a new business development role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition. We need someone who thrives on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage potential clients and build strong relationships
  • Sales Execution: Present and sell fleet management solutions tailored to client needs
  • Market Expansion: Drive brand awareness and establish Autoserve’s presence across East Anglia
  • Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 5 years in field sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Skills: Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport and close deals
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential
