We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company that s generating high-quality inbound interest. This is a full-cycle sales role where you ll take qualified leads, run the discovery, deliver tailored demos, and close deals confidently.

If you're commercially sharp, a strong communicator, and comfortable working remotely with autonomy, this is an opportunity to thrive in a results-driven, supportive environment.
The role:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to close
  • Work from a consistent stream of marketing-qualified warm leads
  • Run consultative discovery calls to uncover needs and align solutions
  • Deliver engaging product demos (remote and occasional in-person)
  • Build tailored proposals and handle commercial negotiations
  • Manage your pipeline with accuracy using CRM for forecasting and follow-up
  • Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain momentum and pace across your active deals
The candidate:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or digital products however this isn't compulsary
  • Confident running the entire sales cycle independently
  • Skilled in delivering persuasive product demonstrations
  • A strong closer with commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • Motivated by targets, with a structured and proactive approach
  • Creative problem solver who brings fresh thinking to challenges
  • Strong communicator written, verbal, and visual
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying self-driven and accountable
In return:
  • up to £36,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission realistic OTE £60k
  • 80% of leads are warm no heavy cold calling
