We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company that s generating high-quality inbound interest. This is a full-cycle sales role where you ll take qualified leads, run the discovery, deliver tailored demos, and close deals confidently.

The role:- Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to close
- Work from a consistent stream of marketing-qualified warm leads
- Run consultative discovery calls to uncover needs and align solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos (remote and occasional in-person)
- Build tailored proposals and handle commercial negotiations
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy using CRM for forecasting and follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain momentum and pace across your active deals
The candidate:- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or digital products however this isn't compulsary
- Confident running the entire sales cycle independently
- Skilled in delivering persuasive product demonstrations
- A strong closer with commercial awareness and negotiation ability
- Motivated by targets, with a structured and proactive approach
- Creative problem solver who brings fresh thinking to challenges
- Strong communicator written, verbal, and visual
- Comfortable working remotely while staying self-driven and accountable
In return:- up to £36,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission realistic OTE £60k
