Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Infrared Group. The role is based in Chesterfield but allows for some work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for our energy-efficient heating solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in business development and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and sustainability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the heating or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must have a driving license and a car
