Are you a driven IT sales professional looking to take your career to the next level?
We’re partnering with a fast-growing IT services company that’s expanding their commercial team and looking to hire two experienced Business Development Managers. This is a chance to join a high-performing, supportive team within a thriving SME that's making waves in the IT, cybersecurity, and ERP space.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be focused on winning new business, owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and working closely with marketing and delivery teams to offer clients tailored, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across IT services, cybersecurity, and ERP systems
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and first contact through to deal close
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, solutions, and marketing-driven campaigns
  • Stay close to client needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Report on pipeline activity and performance directly to the Head of Sales

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales hunter with a track record of closing new business, ideally in IT services, ERP or cybersecurity
  • Strong consultative sales approach and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management
  • A proactive learner who is comfortable picking up new products and technical knowledge
