Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the professional skincare industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with salons, spas, clinics, and distributors, and promoting the Million Dollar Facial System to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional skincare market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in salons, spas, clinics, and distribution networks.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
* Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide ongoing support and training to new and existing clients.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and network.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support business growth.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in business development, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or aesthetics industry.
* Strong understanding of the professional skincare market and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* A passion for skincare and beauty.
