We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Belfast.

This role has ownership of the full customer journey.

We offer extensive sales training and clear career progression for successful individuals. Our training programme is designed to ensure you are equipped to succeed, with many of our new starters earning commission as early as 8 weeks into their Hubexo career working on a short sales cycle.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by generating new business.
  2. Engage with relevant B2B decision-makers to discuss their needs and how Hubexo's services can benefit them.
  3. Demonstrate the system's full potential and show how it will be essential to the customer's business.
  4. Utilize industry and product knowledge, combined with strong relationship-building skills over the phone at all levels.
  5. Develop a robust pipeline of business, providing three times the cover of the quarterly sales target.
  6. Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals with clients.
  7. Close sales over the phone or arrange further onsite meetings with decision-makers.
  8. Meet or exceed sales standards related to behaviors and productivity, including call volumes, meetings, quotes, and order values.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and report as required.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills with the confidence to identify and secure new business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Zoho CRM or similar systems is beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection handling skills.
