Pre-prospects – Establish regular contact with the client, tracking potential prospects and gathering of market information. Responsible for ensuring that all client information is up to date including information at local level.
Prospects – Primary responsibility to ensure that DOF are on the Invitation to tender (ITT) list for targeted prospects and that a capture plan is in place before we receive the tender. Analyse ITT`s and propose winning strategies, supporting bid/no-bid`s. Hand-over ITT`s to allocated Proposal/Commercial Lead.
Proposals – Responsible for supporting the allocated Proposal/Commercial Lead with client and market information, intelligence and feedback during the tender process. Assist with the development of competitors’ analysis during the tender review process. Once the tender is submitted and throughout the post submission clarification and negotiation stage, provide support to the nominated Proposals Leader in order to ensure that the work is awarded to DOF Subsea.
Develop or participate in business cases, detailing initiatives for business growth.
Participate in multi discipline R&D and innovation teams, developing new technologies, solutions and services.
