Job summary

Bobcat Digital in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive sales hunter to build a pipeline from scratch across retail, hospitality, education and other sectors we work in. You’ll collaborate with design and production to turn conversations into signed projects.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to quote, negotiation and closing, with autonomy to run your diary and visits across the South East. The team backs you with an in-house service and uncapped commission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new business in relevant sectors (print, signage, graphics, POS)
• Self-motivated with ability to run your own week
• Strong phone and in-person communication for pitching and negotiating
• Commercial and production knowledge to scope projects realistically
• Full UK driving licence for client visits across the South East
• Comfortable keeping a CRM up to date

Responsibilities

• Find and chase new business across retail, hospitality, education and other sectors
• Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals and events
• Engage with marketing teams, agencies, facilities managers and procurement
• Manage the full sales process from first conversation to quoting, negotiating and closing
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure deliverables are realistic
• Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
• Keep the sales pipeline up to date for visibility
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
