Hi Vis Hire in Doncaster invites you to join its rapidly expanding hire division as a Business Development Manager responsible for winning new revenue across anti-vandal storage and modular accommodation solutions.

You will prospect, build national and regional client relationships, convert inbound enquiries, and shape the next growth phase while enjoying autonomy, a company car or allowance, uncapped bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within hire, construction, modular buildings, plant, or related sectors.
• Target-driven with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and proactive.
• Strong relationship-building ability and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new hire and sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and pipeline development.
• Convert inbound enquiries into profitable contracts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across Anti-Vandal Storage and Accommodation solutions.
• Build strong relationships with national and regional clients and keep abreast of new projects and developments across the area.
