Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our nationwide team. You will play a hands-on role in winning new work, deepening client relationships and elevating TLT's presence in the market, supporting campaigns, materials and client events.

Collaborating across BD, marketing and bids, you'll help target new clients, prepare compelling proposals and manage events from invitations to follow-up, while keeping budgets in mind and delivering high-quality client-focused activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or marketing role in a professional service environment.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, client development activity or marketing campaigns.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to present well-designed documents.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining data quality.
• Strong writing skills for bids and client communications.
• Degree level or equivalent (experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality sales materials and support bids.
• Support business development planning and target new clients.
• Deliver marketing and communications activity, including reports and social content.
• Plan and deliver events and campaigns (virtual, hybrid and in-person).
• Support thought leadership and PR, including digital content.
